lstd ("we", "our", or "us") operates the lstd mobile and web applications (the "Service"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

- Content you create: To-do lists, tasks, notes, and due dates you enter into the Service.
- Sharing data: Email addresses you use to share lists with other users.
- Usage data: Basic interaction logs (e.g., feature usage, error reports) to help us improve the Service.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- To sync your data across devices.
- To send transactional emails (e.g., sharing invitations, password resets).

3. Data Storage
Your data is stored using Supabase, a managed database platform. Data is stored on servers located in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed in the United States.

We do not share your personal information with third parties except:
- Service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), and similar infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Service.
- Legal requirements: When required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of lstd, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to you.
5. Shared Lists
When you share a list with another user by email, that user will be able to see the list title and, depending on the role you assign them, interact with its contents. Shared users do not see your other lists or account details.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at contact@lstd.online. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we will delete it promptly.
9. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@lstd.online.
10. Changes to This Policy
